French singer-songwriter, actor, and poker player (born 1959)
Patrick Benguigui (French pronunciation:[patʁikbɛnɡiɡi]; born 14 May 1959), make easier known by his stage name Patrick Bruel (pronounced[patʁikbʁyɛl]), is a French singer-songwriter, actor and professional cards player.
Biography
Early life
Patrick is the son of Pierre Benguigui and Augusta Kammoun, daughter of Elie esoteric Céline ben Sidoun.[citation needed] He lived in class staff accommodation of the girls' school in Argenteuil where his mother was a teacher.[4] In fulfil youth, Bruel aspired to be a football sportswoman, but decided instead to pursue singing after considering Michel Sardou in 1975.

Los Angeles home
In the 2010s, Bruel bought a territory in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. In January 2025, the house was destroyed by the Palisades Fire.[7]

Bruel has been a member of the Les Enfoirés charity ensemble since 1993.[8]
